Series Multilevel Grills:
|
 Model N/G-20/SG B2G multilevel park grill, galvanized firebox and post, and optional galvanized utility shelf. 
Model NS-20 B6S multilevel park grill, stainless steel firebox and post. |
• Two sizes: Model N-20 charcoal grill provides 300 sq. in., and Model N-24 grill provides 432 sq. in. of cooking area on the four level adjustable cooking grate. • Model N-20 is available with the standard high-temp black enamel finish; or with a hot dip galvanized firebox and post; or with a stainless steel firebox and post. Model N-24 is available with the high-temp black enamel finish or galvanized firebox and post. • Stainless steel grill Model NS-20 B6S is designed for areas where the natural environment is especially corrosive to (carbon) steel. The stainless steel can retard the onset of “rust out” so the grill remains functional longer, reducing maintenance and replacement costs. • All N-Series charcoal grills are permanently attached to the base post with our unique swivel mechanism providing a theft-proof connection with continuous 360-degree rotation in either direction. Embedded installation of post is standard. Models N-20 and N-24 use a 3-1/2" OD x 40" post. Model NS-20 is mounted on a 2-3/8" OD x 40" long stainless steel post • All-welded grill firebox construction. The N-20 and N 24 firebox is fabricated from 3/16" (7 ga.) thick steel. Model NS-20 grill uses 304 grade 3/16" stainless steel for the bottom and 1/8" thick 304 stainless steel for the sides of the firebox. All designs include integral die-formed flanges to retain ashes and to reinforce the firebox from heat warpage. • All welded cooking grate construction. N Series grill cooking grates are fabricated using 5/8" dia. steel bars for support handles, and 1/2" dia. steel bars for the cooking surface. The cooking grate is permanently incorporated into the firebox and cannot be removed. All cooking grates are finished with high temp non-toxic black enamel paint. Model NS-20 grills offer the option for a stainless steel cooking grate with similar component dimensions. All grate handle grips are 1/8" x 1/2" coiled steel bar. |
• Optional: Bolt on utility shelf for all N Series charcoal grills: Model S3 black enamel finish on N-20 and N-24; Model S3/G galvanized on N/G-20; Model S3S stainless steel on NS-20. • Optional: Model N-20 and N-24 grill can be hot dip galvanized to include the firebox and post (Example: Model N/G-20 B2G). • Optional: Model NS-20 B6S stainless steel grill can be equipped with a stainless steel cooking grate (becomes Model NSS-20 B6S). • Optional: Model N-20 grill can be built to incorporate a hot plate measuring 8" x 15". This replaces the grate bars in that portion of the total grate (becomes Model N-20/HP). • Optional: Hinged steel grill cover on Model N-20 and N-24 (painted or galvanized finish). The galvanized cover can be used on the NS-20 stainless steel grill. Model S3 shelf cannot be used with cover. • Optional: All standard B2 base posts can be replaced with a portable disc base (B4) or a bolt down base plate (B3). • Optional: Model S6 Swivel Shelf available on N-20 and N-24 grills only (not available on NS-20 or N/G-20 grills). See below for details. This Swivel Shelf can be used on the N-20/GC grill equipped with the optional Grill Cover.

| Grill Cover For Model N-20 Multilevel Grill | |||||||||
 Model N-20/GC B2 multilevel grill shown with optional Grill Cover in open position (add /GC to model number). This Grill Cover offers two features. First, it will enhance your grilling by trapping more heat and smoke, and it will reduce the effects of wind. Second, in the closed position the Grill Cover will help protect the grate and firebox from the elements. A galvanized version of the Grill Cover can be used on the N/G-20 and N/G-24 galvanized grill or the NS-20 stainless steel grill. |

 The optional Model S6 Swivel Shelf will work on Model N-20 and Model N-24 Multilevel Park Grills using the standard B2 embedded base post. It will also fit on the optional B3 surface mount base and B4 portable disc base. The Swivel Shelf will also work on Model N-20/GC grill with the optional Grill Cover (as shown in this photo). |
Swivel Shelf Option for Model N-20 and N-24 Multilevel Park Grills This Swivel Shelf Option (Model S6) fits on the grill’s base post so it can rotate 360 degrees independently of the firebox. Now you can swing your condiment and utensil tray around to where it is most convenient for you, or move it completely out of the way. All four sides on the large 8” x 16” shelf are formed up slightly to help keep your items on board. The Model S6 Swivel Shelf is an option on all new Model N-20 and N-24 Multilevel Park Grills using the standard B2 base, or either of the optional B3 or B4 bases. A 3-point set collar holds the swivel arm in place on the post. The Swivel Shelf must be installed onto the base post before the grill firebox is inserted over the post and locked onto it. (Note: this option is not available on grills with the B6S stainless steel post or the B2G galvanized post.) |
