Available on Pilot Rock brand Round and Square Tables equipped with expanded or perforated steel tops. |
The Game Board Table Top option will replace the standard top for the square and round tables using expanded or perforated steel for the top.
The Square Game Board Table Top is available on Model SQT-4 portable square tables and Model PQT-4 pedestal square tables, both with 48” square tops.
The Round Game Board Table Top is available on Models T100 and T200 portable round tables, and Models T300 and T400 pedestal round table.
The Game Board Table Top is constructed with the same design and materials as standard table tops. The optional top will have a square opening to allow the 14 ga. steel Game Board Insert panel to be mounted flush with the table top. This steel insert will be finished with black powder coat paint.
The vinyl game board decal is applied to the painted steel panel, and then the entire panel is sealed with a clear coat finish. The standard game board decal is a checkerboard with red and black squares. |

installation. Match the bracket finish to your picnic
table frame: galvanized or powder coated.

• Optional bolt down base plate installations are available for:

• The standard post is replaced by a shortened post with a welded on steel plate to be bolted to an existing surface. Anchor bolts are not included with this option. All base plates include (4) 25/32” dia. anchor holes.
• Model PQT, PT and T400 picnic tables are equipped with a 3/8” thick x 15-3/4” square steel base plate. Model APT table posts have a ¼” thick x 8” sq. steel base plate. Model TPT table posts include a 3/8” thick x 10” sq. plate. |

Heat Shield for Picnic Table Tops:
• Model HS-TB/G Heat Shield protects your picnic table top from the damage caused by the heat off small gas grills or charcoal grills, skillets, Dutch ovens and cooking utensils that picnickers often bring with them.
• Protects wood, plastic and coated steel table tops from heat damage.
• Designed for easy installation on most brands of tables, most styles of tops. Includes fastener package for 2”x 10” lumber or plastic, and expanded or perforated steel tops.
• Expanded steel surface with steel frame. No assembly required. Approximately 12 in. deep x 25-1/2 in. wide. Hot dip galvanized finish for maximum protection from heat and the elements.

| Table Top End Caps Reduce Warping: |
• Install picnic table top end caps to prevent warping on new lumber, or to correct minor warpage on old lumber. Keep all top planks in alignment so your table remains useable. |

• Use these formed pre-galvanized steel channels to align the planks at both ends of your picnic table top. Especially useful on tables with lumber tops extended to provide wheelchair access.
• Table Alignment Kit includes (2) formed 28-inch long pre-galvanized steel channels and wood screws (install from bottom up). Channels will fit most 2” nominal dimension lumber (2x4, 2x6, 2x8, 2x10).
