HOW TO ORDER YOUR CUSTOM SIGN Contact the Pilot Rock Sign Shop. We will discuss what you need the sign to do, the details of size, color, shape, installation, graphics and your creative ideas. Our designers will create a color proof of your sign for your review.  We will make any changes you suggest and submit as many proofs for your review as you need until the sign is just what you want. Upon your final approval we will send you an order confirmation and begin creating your sign. Some signs will require a down payment at this time. Upon completion we will confirm the shipping or installation arrangements with you. Enjoy your new custom sign.

TERMS:
New Customers: A down payment may be required at time of order. Full payment is required prior to shipping.
Established Customer Accounts: A down payment may be required at time of order for custom signage. Net due 30 days from invoice date.

CANCELLATION
No customer-approved order for a custom sign may be cancelled without our prior consent. Terms for any cancellation must indemnify R.J. Thomas Mfg. Co. against loss for custom materials and labor investment.

SHIPPING
Small signs (that meet packaging dimensions) may be shipped by UPS or Fed Ex. Large signs will ship by commercial truck freight. Customer destination must be able to accept and unload freight. All signs are shipped F.O.B. Cherokee, Iowa.  All signs shipped to the customer will have to be installed by the customer or by a hired contractor.

WARRANTY
One year limited warranty on all signs to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the sign material only, at our discretion. Under no circumstances shall R.J. Thomas Mfg. Co. be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by or resulting from the use/handling/installation of any custom signage product.
